Partnership includes:
- Three month executive leadership coaching partnership
- Individual coaching sessions will be scheduled bi-weekly collaboratively
- Ongoing access for strategic support between scheduled sessions via text and email
- Personalized strategic planning resources, accountability, and progress tracking
- Head Coach Readiness Action Plan
