No One’s Coming To Save You
Hey everybody, I hope y’all are having a great week, and as always, thank-you for allowing me to be a part of it. I’m excited to share another great message for you this week. Today’s blog is about something that really hits home for me on a personal level, but I believe it’s also a message that will add value to you and your life as well. Friends, I’m here to tell you that no one is coming to save you. I know hearing that for some of you might hurt, but the pathway to success is a lonely road and certainly isn’t the easiest of paths to journey through, but it is the most purposeful. I’m inviting you to go down that path in order to live your truth and find the success that your true self is intended to find. To get there, you’ve got to realize that no stranger in the night is coming to save you and take you under their wing to bring you to the place your dreams exists. But it’s more than that guys because I need you to realize that it’s not anyone else’s responsibility to save you. All of those excuses that you keep reminding yourself about are the reasons why you are in the situation you are in and they are fueling this negative energy that dominates and rules your life. You must take back control of yourself and your own life. The blame game stops needs to stop NOW, and accountability needs to replace it.
I think it’s important to talk about how this is achieved because we’re dealing with a mindset, but ultimately it’s your actions that will help fuel this conscious choice of believing that you are the hero of your own life. You can defeat and overcome all of the negative energy by making the conscious effort to accept responsibility for your situation. Whoever you are on this day, whatever living situation you are in and whatever car you are driving- it’s all the result of the choices and decisions that you’ve made and accepted. Stop defending the behaviors, circumstances, the people, and the things that you think aren’t fair and have led you down this path. In order to shift this storyline, you’ve got to understand that you are not the victim, and start believing that you are the hero, because you are. There’s a great Tony Robbins quote that I’ve always admired and I’d like to share it with you. Tony says that ‘life is not happening to you, but for you’. The things you used to blame your situation on, are the tools you can and should use in your arsenal to motivate you in carving out a better path for yourself. The mindset of taking ownership over your own life as it stands today will add so much value to your life and it will pave the way for the dreams you have for all of your tomorrows.
Starting now, you need to come to your own rescue. It’s no one else’s fault that you are where you are at. It’s up to you to accept the responsibility and own it. We’ve got one chance at this thing called life, stop investing all of your time and energy into doubts, fears, excuses, and negative thoughts. Harness your talents and gifts, all of the things you do well, so that you may find that light. And when you find it, embrace it, and know that you are becoming one with the universe. When you start evolving into the person that you are meant to become, everything starts to fall into place. Acknowledge your role in the process and start creating the life you want. Realize that you are the hero that can and will make it happen, that is my challenge for this week. Humble yourself, be honest, and accept the fact that no one is coming to save you. I want you to stop blaming people or things and to realize that your hero is already here. That hero is the person staring back at you in the mirror. Recognize your potential and cash in on all you have to offer for this world, I believe in you.
Much love, have a great weekend!
